- Headnotes and Endnotes for each of your four featured articles (2-3 paragraphs each)
- Argumentative Conclusion (2-3 pages)
Friday, 11/11
- Complete “Evaluation of Sources” Worksheets for each of your four featured articles
- Compose or Review your overall “Introduction” to the Casebook
Monday, 11/14
- Compose or Review drafts of the overall Introduction and each article’s Headnote and Endnote
- Compose or Review an outline for your Argumentative Conclusion:
- Claim
- Reasons/evidence in support of the claim
- Acknowledge opposing view(s)
- Negotiate common ground or refute opposing views
Wednesday, 11/16
- Compose or review argumentative conclusion draft
- Review Headnotes, Endnotes
Friday, 11/18
- Assemble casebook. Review and edit together.
- Discuss finishing touches. Make sure you’ve followed the directions on the assignment sheet.
